| At present,the project quality potential defect insurance is promoted in the prefabricated concrete building trial,in order to reduce the quality risk caused by the quality problem through insurance,and provide an effective economic means for the improvement of the quality of new engineering and the maintenance of consumer interests.This paper compares and analyzes the differences between the prefabricated concrete building and the cast-in-place concrete building from three aspects: construction mode,construction participation unit and supervision mode,and initially explores the quality control system of the prefabricated concrete building under the engineering quality potential defect insurance system.Based on the differential rate determination model for the potential quality defect risk assessment of prefabricated concrete construction projects,it provides a reference for insurance companies to promote the development and application of engineering quality potential defect insurance in prefabricated concrete buildings.This paper studies the rate determination of the potential defect insurance for the quality of the prefabricated concrete building,including the construction of the potential defect insurance system for the assembly engineering quality,the identification of the potential quality defect risk of the assembly,the establishment of the insurance rate determination model and the case simulation.Four parts.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Research and analysis of prefabricated concrete buildings and engineering quality potential defect insurance at home and abroad,expounding the research purpose,significance and technical route of this paper.It also provides necessary explanations for the prefabricated concrete building,engineering quality potential defect insurance and the cost utility theory adopted.It provides a theoretical basis for determining the engineering defect potential defect insurance rate with the prefabricated concrete building as the insurance target;(2)Incorporate and summarize the domestic and international engineering quality potential defect insurance system from the aspects of insurance scope,insurance purpose,insurance subject and insurance rate,and compare and analyze the construction process and construction participation of cast-in-place concrete building and prefabricated concrete building.The difference between the prescription and the supervision method,establish the quality control system of the prefabricated concrete building under the engineering defect potential defect insurance system,and lay the foundation for the identification of the factorsaffecting the rate of the potential defect insurance premium rate of the prefabricated concrete building insurance project;(3)Through the combing of the relationship between the insured,the insurance beneficiary,the insurer and the related parties in the quality control system of the prefabricated concrete building,the source of the risk of the quality defects of the prefabricated concrete building and the main body responsible for the quality defects are clarified.On the basis of the analysis of the factors affecting the insurance rate determination and the actual development of the assembly-type construction participants,the rate is estimated based on the risk loss rate of the project.Combining the idea of “determining and summarizing separately”,the WBS-RBS risk matrix method and expert survey method are used to identify the risk factors of potential quality defects in each stage of fabricated concrete building engineering,and establish a risk assessment index system for fabricated concrete buildings;(4)The expert evaluates the probability of risk occurrence and the damage caused by the experts through a more intuitive experience,quantitative analysis,and uses fuzzy confidence evaluation and variable weight method to determine the comprehensive weight of the risk,so as to realize the assessment of the potential quality defect risk.Provide data support for the determination of the potential defect insurance premium rate for fabricated concrete construction projects.Finally,by taking the potential defect insurance of a prefabricated concrete building simulation project as an example,the operation process of the insurance rate determination model is demonstrated,which shows that the rate determines the operability of the model and is the potential for the quality of the prefabricated concrete construction project.Defect insurance rate determination provides a feasible idea. |
