The structure design of electronic equipment is an important link of thedevelopment of each kind of electronic equipment. It works importantly in ensuring thatelectronic equipment have the good function. At present, the development ofelectronics equipment is oriented to systematization, integration, miniaturization andintelligence, which request the quality of structure design being better and better. Highperformance, high efficiency, high dependability and low cost are necessary to structure.As a result, in the process of the aerospace design, the finite element analysis of thestructure contributes to finding the important blemish in the article, optimizing thedesign, raising the product dependability, shortening the period of the development andlowering the cost of the production.This thesis adopts the method of the finite element to establish the structure model,to do the model analysis, to develop the program for the second time and to optimize thedesign by APDL. The main include:1. Based on the3D CAD drawing, the model of the box is inserted into the ANSYSfrom PRO/E. The reasonable simplification is carried in the condition of the conjunctionand the constraint. According to the model analysis, each rank frequency and the flap ofthe box are got, which validated the box’s structure dependability availably and thefeasibility of optimization.2. This thesis adopts a new design method completely, by using the module of thedevelopment for the second time to design the program of the structure like this box.This method changes the tradition, which makes people to modify the model manuallyand shun the process of the modifying the model again and again. Based on the date ofmaterial influence the box’s frequency, the further optimization gets the importantreferenced gist.3. Through the UIDL and APDL language, the function relation between the plankthickness and the weight of the box is established. The optimization design is discussedand analyzed. It is obvious that the proper frequency and the weight of box is loweredalong with the reduction of the plank thickness. The APDL works in raising the analytical efficiency significantly.This thesis comprehensive above factor and gets the best optimization design. Theweight of the box is reduced from0.64kg to0.47kg in the condition of that ensure theproper frequency to satisfies the request of design, which makes the product cost iseconomized enormously.
