| In this paper, on the project of dynamic electronic truck weighing apparatus, by utilizing the large-scale popular FEA software ANSYS as well as a secondary development of ANSYS, the systematic researches about technique of digital design, analysis and optimization have been done; And aiming at the demerits of nonstandard design, high costs, profit decline and low market rate, finite element analysis and optimization analysis of the structural parameters by ANSYS on this product are calculated, and thus optimize the product and increase market competitiveness.During of design and analysis of product, when performance do not meets the need of design after designer puts up design and analysis, revising the structure parameters for further analysis needs much time and repetitive workload; But the parameter technique of the design can achieve rapid design for structure, which is key in the modeling of software ANSYS. So, integrating the parameter technique into the analysis can achieve the rapid structure analysis.
