Traffic Impact Analysis Of Leisure Tourist Area In Nanjing

Large leisure tourist area is a kind of large entertainment services buildings, its construction and use will attract plenty of traffic flow, so it is essential to analysis the impact for traffic network around the project. In this way we can consider the interaction impact between the proposed leisure tourist project and the traffic growth in the future forecast years, so that the planning and construction departments can take effective actions to organize the traffic service and management of the traffic network around the project.Since leisure tourist area is a part of large entertainment service buildings, this paper is aimed at large entertainment services building’s traffic characteristics and influence characteristics, expounds the large entertainment services building’s traffic generation characteristics and the main influencing factors of large entertainment services building’s traffic constitution. After deep learning of traffic impact analysis theories and methods, summarizes the traffic impact analysis method suitable for the case in this paper.This paper analyses the interaction mechanism between traffic and land use, discusses the basic principles and general ideas of traffic impact analysis, on the basis of understanding the general procedure of TIA, discusses the main content and method of the basic theory,uses four-stage prediction method to forecast the traffic volume of leisure tourist area.Based on the above, draw the following conclusion:(1) The proposed project, as a leisure tourist area, produces and attracts huge traffic volume, which is able to cause powerful influence to traffic operation of the surrounding road network.(2) Through specific calculation, proposed project’s integrated transportation influence level is0.48. According to the relevant provisions, the construction project must be carried out after reasonable modification.(3) This article suggested that:widen the original surrounding road network, carry out more effective traffic management and organization to road network, and increase the public transportation investment to reduce proposed project’s integrated transportation influence values and assure the project’s feasibility.
