The Study On The Regulatory Plan Of Underground Space In Hangzhou Qianiiang Economic Area

Our city is experiencing the rapid process of the urbanization process. It is proved that the exploitation and utilization of underground space is an important way to solve many urban problems and realize the sustainable development, such as the land use tensions, traffic congestion, environmental degradation and so on. cities must be expanded into underground for contradictions and sustainable development. As a new urban area, underground space in Hangzhou qianjiang economic development area should be connected with construction. Thus a good and orderly zone will be formed.This paper is divided into four main parts. The1st part is the outline, introducing the background of current underground space development, pointing its necessity, and raising the research significance, method, content and framework of the study. The2nd part is the summary of the related research, introducing domestic and foreign underground space planning theory and practice case, and summing up their inspiration. The3rd part is the analysis in regulatory plan of underground space, studying on the scale prediction, planning control system and coordination with other palnnings. The4th part is the solutions, proposing solutions and planning strategies for the regulatory plan in Hangzhou qianjiang development area, re-versifing the point of this paper.For underground space is difficult to change once formed, the development of underground space needs an overall consideration. As a direct guidance to the construction, the regulatory plan of underground space should establish correct planning theory and technology method, and control the utilization of underground space.
