The Key Problems In Design For Integrated Supervisory Control System

Metro Integrated Supervisory Control System (ISCS) is an important part of the urban rail transit system, which is based on modern computer technology, network technology, automation technology and information technology; it integrates many subway subsystems, and provides a comprehensive monitoring for all equipment by the unified information platform. The system realizes the information sharing between each subsystem and between effective linkage, thus ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the subway system. The ISCS provides the basis of information for the operational management of the subway.In the design of the ISCS, mainly the following two problems has exist:1. Due to the diversity of system integration scale and depth, making ISCS system integration project is difficult to determine;2. ISCS system is highly targeted in application, some of the key technologies (such as system management plan, special data processing, device control function and linkage function, etc) in the ISCS basic functions (such as system management function, data acquisition function, data Transfer and data synchronization, etc.) are mainly reflected, makes in resolving these technical problems must take into account the characteristics of the metro system as well as the requirements of metro operation.In response to these problems---the BAS system as be the main research object---above key technical issues are resolved on the basis of summing up the basic functions of the ISCS. The main research contents are as follows:1. Introduces ISCS general structure, function, composition and design principles. Based on study two aspects for system integration:system integration scale and system integration depth, and determined the ISCS integration mode in this paper---as BAS system and PSCADA system as the core and interconnect other subsystems. And explain the rationality of the model.2. In the ISCS functions design section---the BAS system as be an instance---through describes and analyzes the BAS system, summed up some of the important basic functions, they are:system management function, data acquisition function, device control function and linkage function. Mainly to solve some technical problems in above four basic functions and completed the design of the system functions. Make the system more in line with the characteristics of the metro system, and to meet the requirement of metro operation.3. Finally, the paper use industry configuration software---WinCC to realize the BAS system.
