Hydraulic testing machine is a kind of testing machine that transfers energy to Realizemechanical test by liquid as medium. With the urgent situation of energy saving and Reducingemissions,carrying out work of structure research and optimization of hydraulic testingmachine becomes an important work. At present, technicians always design a new product withexperience, so the effect is not idea.In view of the problem of the current situation in testing machine industry,andcombined with lightweight design raised by Jinan times Shijin Co.,LTD, From the Angle offinite element in this paper,some work about optimization and parametric design of productwas done, Including the following content: getting a more accurate finite element analysismethod about the analysis of the base based on solidworks, hypermesh and ANSYS, andoptimize the base model by optistruct. we get a more reasonable model, based on the guaranteeof strength. At the same time, we get a parameterization analysis method based on Order flow,namely ANSY second development,which raise the working efficiency about typical partsand the same condition analysis of similar components. This work is meaningful.Puts forward a kind of finite elements analysis for the structure of the hydraulic testingmachine, at the same time, introducing shape optimization techniques makes the structuraldesign more reasonable, guiding the engineering design.
