The topic from enterprise, is a sub-project of the trial project plan for national new key product, and its item number is2008GRC10163. The purpose of this project is to research a new arc vibration screen, then to study the effect to screen body’s motion state from the main parameters of the arc vibration screen, and finally to determine a combination of main parameters of arc vibration screen. After that, take the dynamic analysis to the structure of arc vibration screen in order to optimize the structure of arc vibration screen, improve product performance, and improve the screening efficiency.The main research findings and conclusions involved in the paper reflected in the following aspects:First, it analyzes the stress state of materials on arc screen surface, and establishes the mechanical equation of the material motion on screen surface; It analyzes performance indexes of the arc vibration screen’s screening system: throwing index and jump index, and their relationship; It analyzes the influence from the shape structure of the arc screen surface to the screening efficiency, and then designs the screen surface layout of the arc vibration screen.Second, it analyzes the dynamic model of the arc vibration screen, and establishes the dynamic equation of the arc vibration screen based the theory, all these can provide the basis for the theoretical study of arc vibration screen; use software simulation to research the effect from four main parameters of the arc vibration screen: exciting force size, the direction of exciting force, the support spring stiffness and the support spring angle to the motion state of the arc vibration screen. It can be concluded that with exciting force increases, the material’s screening efficiency greater; the changing of direction of exciting force affects the size of velocity and acceleration of the screen centroid; support spring stiffness and angle influence the size of velocity and acceleration of the centroid of the arc vibration screen, and also affects its motion cycle. A reasonable choice of the supporting spring stiffness and angle can effectively improve the screening efficiency of the arc vibration screens.Then, use the entity finite element simulation technology to design simulation program by orthogonal test. And through observing the trajectory of the centroid of the arc vibration screen, it obtains that when the exciting force is38kN, the exciting force20degrees of declination, the support spring stiffness18.67kg/mm, and support spring angle of60degrees. At this point, the working efficiency of arc vibration screen gets its best to use the power of the exciting force more fully, so that make the screening effect of screen get better. The changes of four main parameters of the arc vibration screen are affecting the motion state of the vibration screen.Then, study the impact of individual parameters on the screening efficiency further, and provide a reliable basis to determine the main parameters of the arc vibration screen. After using the optimized combination of parameters to improve the actual vibration screen, the processing capacity of vibration screen increased by21%.Finally, according to the actual structure of arc vibration screen, it takes finite element analysis to calculate each order natural frequency and vibration mode of the arc vibration screen body and its parts, then analyzes the vibration characteristics, and makes a dynamic design on the structure of arc vibration screen.
