In a variety of global resources are crisis, water shortage has become a threatening world food security, the development of human health and the natural ecosystem the biggest question. China is now facing the shortage of water resources present situation, if the water resources utilization is bad, not only can promote social development, but will cause serious social problem. The rain as a type of freshwater resources, gradually become the human use of object. The global water resources are limited, we only have to rain, runoff water use. can do not endanger groundwater resources and to protect the natural environment at the same time, alleviate the shortage of water resources in China, so as to promote the global ecological process. Therefore, collected rainwater utilization will be the future development of water resources is one of the main development direction. Low carbon environmental protection social mainstream ideology and determines the collected rainwater utilization mode should also include the ecological. Based on the natural environment and the needs of social development, ecology of rainwater collection and utilization is the inevitable way to the sustainable development of the construction of society. This article mainly aims at the city landscape ecology to make rainwater collection system for applied research of low-technology, we hope to after all kinds of city landscape in the low-technology system of collecting rainwater in specific applications to provide a more reasonable theory support, and the specific engineering practice to provide academic guidance.This paper is mainly divided into questions, analyze problems, to solve the problem in three parts. This article consists of six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part which is the stage to ask questions, the main topics on the background, purpose and significance of research, social status and problems, this paper puts forward the research topic of this article. The second chapter to the fourth chapter is the theme of this paper is analysis stage, through to the issues involved in the concept, task, research the generation and development of energy-saving value, influencing factors, development direction and specific design methods and other aspects of the research. analysis and integration, composed of a set of reasonable research system. The fifth chapter to the sixth chapter in part to solve the problem, by Binjiang park of Guangdong Shunde planning and design examples, using a series of low-technology utilization of rainwater system method, try to solve the present problems of rainwater utilization, for project implementation to provide realistic basis, and to research the future of imagination.
