| Aviation safety is the eternal subject of aviation industry, due torapid development of the aviation electronic and mechanical, thereliability of aircraft greatly improved, and aviation safety lies more inhuman factors. Large commercial aircraft project is the symbolic projectto build innovative country, so its key airworthiness compliancecertification technology must be international advanced. The latest civilaircraft airworthiness certification requirement for human factors isestablished based on pilot’s human factors. China research of aviationhuman factors certification technology is still at the initial stage, and hasgreat gap with foreign certification technology. We are still lack of theapplication of physiological monitoring technology in aviation humanfactors certification. In this paper, we focus on the study of physiological monitoringtechnology for aviation human factors certification, the research workmainly as following: first, implement a multi-parameter physiologicalmonitoring system which can detect the physiological parameters of pilot without affecting the normal operation. Secondly, reveals the necessity ofthe application of physiological measurement techniques in humanfactors certification by studying the aviation regulation requirements, andsummarize the implementation guidelines of workload assessmenttechnology in human factors certification. Thirdly, design a simulatorflight experiment to confirm the feasibility of the application ofphysiological monitoring technology in human factor certification fornew aircraft, and find that blink duration, blink interval, heart rate, respiration rate and activity are sensitive to the variation of workload, andthen use these five physiological parameters to get a comprehensiveassessment of pilot mental workload. |
