Based On The Research On Human Factors In Aviation Maintenance

The founding of the aircraft, aircraft maintenance is also developed which aviation maintenance is the basis for the aviation industry, aviation maintenance decision aircraft punctuality, reliability and security. With economic globalization, the aviation industry has seen rapid development, the amount of flights exponential growth of aviation accidents has been increasing, many accidents are caused by human. Therefore, aviation maintenance human factors research in the aviation industry is of great significance.This paper describes the study of human factors in aviation maintenance background and significance, explains what is human factors, human factors of the theoretical model, through the broken windows theory of aviation maintenance in the typical case study analysis, combined with the SHEL model established ALEX model, the use of ALEX model aviation maintenance personnel to eliminate the influence of various factors to explain the human error in aviation maintenance, application and management ALEX model to avoid human error, and finally for the aviation maintenance human factors characteristics of the model proposed to optimize the use of ALEX aviation maintenance system to improve aviation security.
