| Concrete mixer is specially used to produce concrete. Even if the materials and theproportion are the same, the quality of concrete are different because it mainly depends on theconcrete mixer. Forced mixer is invented with the development of technology, whichimproves the productivity and quality of concrete. Besides, it is simple in struction. Therefore,it is widely used in the production of concrete.China’s cement concrete production and usage has grown to be first in the world. With thedevelopment of economy, China needs more and more concrete, which creates a good chancefor the concrete industry. At the same time, the demand of the concrete mixer is increased.For a long time, uniaxial mixer or the Vertical shaft mixer is used in the experiment, for thereis no twin shaft mixer. Beacause they are different in structure and mixing mechnism, it ishard to get the accurate experimental results. Mixing process is only researched in theory andno practical results are achieved, such as relative parameters in the mixing process, theshortest time to reach some standards.On the basis of the structure and working principle of the existing concrete mixingequipment, similar to the theory and mixing theories as a guide for laboratory use as aprecondition, developed a laboratory twin-shaft laboratory mixers, and innovative add torquesensor signal in the mixing process of acquisition. This paper discusses the analysis of thestructural characteristics and working principle of mixing equipment and twin-shaft mixer,and highlights the similarity theory and mixing theories, on this basis, the mixer agencies andselected design analysis, and ultimately related structures and processing laboratory mixer, theexperimental part of the main mixer no-load torque and power, the acquisition of relatedexperiments, blenders and solutions to do a detailed analysis and research. |
