The product modularization design is a kind of modern innovation design methods base on productfunction module, the combinatorial optimization module and layout and modular appearance design, whichplays a very important role in the process of the modern product innovation and development. It involvesartificial intelligence, man-machine engineering and computer aided design and so on. So, developing theModule knowledge base system becomes one of the hot issues in the product design method fieldcombining the intelligent methods of these disciplines.This article constructs the product function module system framework after studying the productfunction module partition, module knowledge expression and module connection mode expressions etc;developed knowledge base system based on the product function modules by Applying ACCESS databasetechnology,VC++6.0programming technology, ODBC link technology and two phase retrieval technology,realize two-way operation of the advanced users and the designer’s (module of add, delete, modify, moduleretrieval); Established a BP neural network which module’s performance parameters for input, thecomprehensive performance of correlation degrees based on users demand for output, and fitting theNetwork training result to the fitness function of the genetic algorithm. Then get the solution which meetsthe demand of the users in process of product module combination scheme optimization combining withthe module constraint conditions; in the basis of this optimization scheme, do the products module layout,and generate the product appearance modeling scheme applying multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod, auxiliary modular appearance modeling design method. Take the four kinds of printers (inkjetprinters, laser printer, stylus printers and multi-function printers) as example, in module partition, buildingknowledge expression model (performance, function, connecting method, organization form etc); withinkjet printers for an example, do the product combination scheme optimization and layout scheme andmodular appearance modeling scheme generation. This paper shows the using process of productmodularization design method and system through the realization of the system and the design of printermodeling schemes. |
