The universal reducer is a very important product in the industrial production.In recent years,with the improvement of the processing and manufacturing level of domestic enterprises,the domestic brand’s general reducer products have been sold to the European and American markets.The box is the carrier of the brand characteristics of the reducer,because the domestic enterprises do not pay attention to the independent innovation of the appearance design,the brand value of the domestic reducer is far inferior to the foreign brands such as SEW,and even the plight of being accused of plagiarism.Aiming at this problem,the main works of this paper are as follows:This paper studies the modeling characteristics of the general reducer series products,and points out that the shape features of the reducer box are divided into the features of the type,the shape and the details,and the connotation and the concrete expression methods of the Chinese traditional cultural elements are extensively studied.On this basis,the Chinese traditional culture which is suitable for the properties of the mechanical products is explored.Elements,forming the innovative design method of reducer box based on Chinese culture.In order to reduce the repeatability design,improve the innovative design ability and design efficiency,the paper studies the parameterized auxiliary design method of the reducer based on the characteristic knowledge base.With the Think PHP framework,the My SQL database storage system and the Sublime Internet page design software and the WAMP server as the tools,the universal speed reducer characteristic knowledge base and the auxiliary design system are constructed.There is a coupling design relationship between the internal structure of the reducer and the appearance design.Based on the characteristic knowledge base of the reducerand the auxiliary design system,the design of the appearance and appearance of the box is designed.On this basis,the structure of the box is optimized by the finite element response surface method,and the box is optimized after the design.The structure is analyzed by ANSYS software,and the correctness and reliability of the design method is verified. |
