In recent years, The Chinese government has attached great importance to thesafety operation of the mine. The underground transportation DC lines of smalllocomotive has greatly applied in domestic mine, so the small locomotiveperformance quality related directly to the safety of the mine, the safe production ofsmall locomotive has a great significance to the mine.In order to perfect the various of performance tests about small locomotive,before they have left the factory, in its test stage it is required a high quality test of allkinds of the performance for the fulfillment. In order to assist the test finished ofsmall locomotive before they have left the factory, it is needed to offer the test powerto the small locomotive. This article is mainly to solve the drawbacks of thetraditional test power. It is through the technical improvement of the new test powerto complete the design development, in order to improve the existing performancelevel, and made the small locomotive can through the test of various standardizedindex before they leave the factory.In the traditional test power, the control technology is directly transmit thesample voltage value of the voltage sensor to PLC to control the reaction electricpressure regulator, and to adjust the rectifier for voltage stabilizer, a simple PLCclosed-loop control. But because of the load of test power is a series of dc motor withdifferent rated voltage, in the working process of traditional test power has appearedthe shortcomings of pressure regulating performance instability and response speedtoo slow. It is caused bad condition of the parameters adjustment. So the new testpower choose Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID control algorithm to control the reactionelectric pressure regulator and the output of chopping with the state of the motorrunning and IGBT switch, and to meet the function of online adjusting the parametersof K_p,K_i,K_d in different voltage error and voltage deviation. Realize the controlfunction of the whole system, and can obtain a good control effect. Make the wholenew test power system has the electrical characteristics of a great range, high voltagestability, the response speed.The new test power control circuit use the STC12C5A60S2single chipmicrocomputer as the core control. It realizes the control of the output on the new testpower system through the communication together with PLC. Through the way ofPWM waves output from the single-chip microcomputer to control the step-down chopping and braking. At the same time all kinds of protection circuit of the new testpower to insure the security of the system. Additional, the part of software designintroduces the realization of the Modbus communication agreement between thesingle-chip microcomputer and PLC, and realization of the whole test power systemsoftware control process.Finally, this paper introduces the new test power under the commissioningplatform based on Self-adaptive Fuzzy PID control technology.
