Simplicity Landscape: The Attitude Of Landscape Design From Normal Life

In this paper, on landscape perspective, observe the irrational phenomenon thatoccurs between humans and the environment and conclude new design requirementsthat traditional design methods are not enough to cope with. Our living environment isbecoming dangerous. Simultaneously, serious ecological crises, complex urbandevelopment problems, and inefficient land use patterns, etc. always plagues socialdevelopment. Because we are facing problems more complex and difficult than everbefore, every new landscape are facing challenges, which provides the possibility fordesigners to play to subjective initiative. This paper attempts to examine the neglectedsimple phenomenon in life, and construct the simplicity concept by interpreting thedeep cultural connotation from the professional view as a landscape architect; then,based on the above contents and through fusion and refining, form landscape designattitude based on simplicity in order to promote landscape adapting to the needs of thecommunity better or transform and restore the landscape based on some criterion.After establish the theoretical framework of simple landscape, on the one hand, agreethat the simple landscape in life, which contains a pragmatic landscape concept, andunderstand maintaining ways, cultural significance correlation interaction, and othervaluable life experiences it containing to transform it into the real design language,which will help realizing the value of simple landscape; on the other hand, establishimplementation strategy of simple landscape to guide the newly created landscape,considering the ecological effects, input and maintenance costs and local experience,and other design factors; it can make people face the reality more effectively, practicepragmatic landscape to ease increasingly highlight contradictions and re-establishharmonious relationship between people and land.
