A Research On The RBD Space Structure Of Fuzhou City

Pushing forward by urbanization and globalization, city space reconstructrapidly and the function of city become more recreational. Relaxation,recreation and travel become the living style and living attitude among currentcitizens, so that there is an increasing demand for the recreational space andplace in the city. Recreational Business District, as one of the most importantconnecting module for the space demand, has aroused extensive concern invarious main bodies of the operation, development and management of thecity and tourism as well as the academic fields. With the help of theconstruction of “Build Economic Zone on the West Coast of the Strait” inrecent years, city tourism of Fuzhou is developing rapidly. Therefore, it isnecessary to conduct researches on the analysis and investigation of the RBDspace structure.On the basis of the research results of recreational research and city spacetheories, the paper carries out systematical research on RBD space structureof Fuzhou city. The research content mainly consists of two parts: research onthe entire RBD space structure of Fuzhou city and research on inner spacestructure of RBD.The thought of the research on the entire RBD city space structure ofFuzhou city include “analyzing the development process of the recreation andbusiness space in Fuzhou—discovering proper district for RBDdevelopment—judgment on city RBD—current situation on RBD spacestructure of Fuzhou city—judgment on the development stage of RBD—trendanalysis of entire space structure development”. The conclusion is thatcurrently the entire RBD space structure is the single nuclear structure—San-Fang Qi-Xiang RBD. Taijiang Binjiang tourism district and WanBaobusiness zone have primarily meet the requirements to construct the RBD, butcurrently it is still in the preparation stage. The entire RBD space structureshows a trend changing from single nuclear structure to dikaryon and polykaryon structure.Using the most typical case, San-Fang Qi-Xiang RBD, adopting positivismand humanism methods and with the help of investigation and questionnaire(tourists’ cognitive investigation), inner RBD space structure of Fuzhouresearch analyze the current situation and problems of the space structure andfunctional structure of San-Fang Qi-Xiang RBD. Based on tourists’experience, the paper classifies the functional structure of San-Fang Qi-XiangRBD. The purpose is to optimize San-Fang Qi-Xiang RBD space structure,and to provide reference for the development of other RBD.Finally, the paper provides some suggestions for the Fuzhou RBD spaceintegration of theme image and market, history and modern, space andfunction. It is hoped that the research could provide assistance for theoptimization of RBD space structure of Fuzhou city and the promotion of theimage for the tourism city.
