Research About Early Crack Classification On Ready-mixed Concrete Research

With the development of concrete,concrete come to the development stage of ready-mixed concrete,concrete production become more refined,the guarantee of concrete quality turned out to be more concern of the station.As concrete crack has been accompanying problems since the birth of the concrete,with the development of the concrete to the present more and more attention by people.Comprehensive information and engineering practice at home and abroad,We need to reasonably classify crack resistance in concrete,take different approaches to different engineering structures.This is the direction of concrete crack control in the future.In this paper,according to the engineering level of environmental demands,building materials,classification and structure importance ratingrequirements,we want to classify crack resistance in concrete,to improve the existing regulations.Based on the concrete cracking flat test,simulated field construction environment,we make a study on classification of crack resistance in concrete.Using the designed test method,the cracking test study using the different grades of raw materials,concrete is studied in the sand silt content,sand gradation,expansive agent content,mixing expansive agent when different sand silt content and other factors changes,the change of the concrete cracks,and the classification of all cases of fracture.And then find out on the impact of various factors on fracture level threshold,finally control concrete raw material classification,implement different concrete crack resistance level with the raw material level.We make a study on the representative of the high silt sand concrete crack control,through the way of optimizing the mixture ratio,so we could make a effective control of cracks,it will provides a control crack way for the use of high sand silt content to engineering.At last,according to the concrete slab standard test,the crack resistance of concrete level and concrete material level corresponding to the up,so as to realize the full of concrete cracks in material control.We summarizes different anti-crack requirements of concrete construction curing method,so as to control concrete cracks with system methods in engineering.
