Concrete mix design is the core technology of concrete, is an important link to decide the properties of concrete. With the construction of concrete workability requirements more and more high, the main problem becomes the rheological properties of concrete. In mix design of concrete, modern six component concrete than traditional four components more complicated. In addition, because of Chinese vast territory, different climate and environment, the physical and chemical properties of raw materials are different, the raw materials of concrete types continue to increase, leds to the current concrete design method of our country in the using process persented the applicability problem and their shortcomings.This subject based on analysis and study of existing results, full investigation of actual production and engineering application of concrete, put forward a new concrete mix design method. The core technology of this method is to meet the need for concrete engineering, on the basis of quality raw materials to calculating cementitious material consumption, on the basis of strength, durability and composition of cementitious materials selection of water binder ratio, concrete strength grade, according to the choice of gravel stone porosity volume. The method in the research process, through to our country north, northwest several mixing analysis than the actual production data of concrete station, through mathematical statistics, establish scientific fitting cementitious materials dosage calculation formula. The formula for the strength grade of concrete and the raw material quality as the basis, focus on ensuring the workability of concrete.
