Fly ash and slag as the emissions of industrial by-products is huge, theincorporation of fly ash and slag concrete to fully utilize the potential activity ofindustrial waste fly ash to reduce the amount of cement, reducing the cost of concreteproduction,Turning waste into treasure, Of harm into Fly ash and slag pile saving a lotof valuable land, to play a greater performance advantage, improve concreteworkability, durability and mechanical properties. High content of fly ash and slagcement concrete can not only save, but also consume a large amount of fly ash andslag, is very effective for reducing environmental load. High-volume fly ash and slagconcrete as a new material, with its own unique advantages, but the application is notpresent, the reason is mainly the high volume fly ash and slag concrete in their ownperformance Some aspects can not be good to meet project needs, such as its lowearly strength, carbonation resistance is poor, not well protected steel. In addition, thetechnical staff of the concept has limited its development, as the technology continuesto improve, high volume fly ash concrete continue to improve the performance, thebuilding will definitely have broad application prospects.In this paper, power plant fly ash in concrete using Qingdao to do with ordinaryslag admixture, Qingdao, production and use of common aggregate, cement,admixtures of silicon raw materials, by comparing the experimental method, analyzedand summarized by a large number of test out a variety of fly ash concrete mixphysical properties, mechanical properties and other aspects of test results. Studieshave shown that fly ash and slag concrete can not only improve the performance, andcan dramatically reduce the cost of energy and more serious environmental pollution,the amount of Portland cement and reduce the cost of engineering materials. From thisperspective, the promotion of fly ash concrete is a government of the people in thecountry and the cause of significant benefits, must have great vitality, there are broadprospects for development.
