According to the special needs of monitoring physiological feature in the isolation wardand field ward, and with the principle of improving the monitoring efficiency, flexible nodemonitoring network, non-contact data acquisition and reducing the doctor-patient crossinfection rates, a monitoring transmission system of body physiological parameters wasdesigned on the basis of the technology of a wireless short-distance transmission. STC89C52MCU has advantages in low cost and great universality, beause of which it was used as theprocessing unit of the system. Combined with nRF2401(the wireless transmission module),the system realized real-time data acquisition, wireless transmission and dynamic display ofthe two physiological parameters containing the patients’ pulse and body temperature. A largenumber of experiments showed that the system could accurately and efficiently reflect thepatients’ condition and meet the demands of special wards. In the mean time, the system laid asolid foundation for the next development of wireless monitoring system with ECG, bloodoxygen saturation, blood pressure and other parameters of physiological feature.Firstly, the thesis briefly introduced the development of the physiological parametermonitoring system, the application of wireless technology in the monitoring system field andtelemedicine development in the world. Then combining with the requirements of the systemdesign, the multi-point temperature, pulse acquisition and the devices selection of the wirelesstransmission scheme were analized in detail, and the process of the system hardware circuitand software design were elaborated. To sum up, with simple structure, the system reliablyrealized the wireless data transmission which had low bit error rate, high reliability and wasfree from outside interference.
