| With the development of our country and society, the population aging problem is becoming more and more serious. At the same time, as the number of the only child increases, the traditional aged caring mode is facing tremendous challenges. At the moment, there are more than 10 millions old people who have the chronic and Alzheimer’s disease, and they need the social endowment and services urgently. However, the current hospital and welfare house can’t meet the needs. As a result, it is an urgent problem to realize the elderly’s regular medical guardianship.This paper uses the self-designed physiological parameter collector to detect the ECG, EMG and respiration signal, analyze the collected data and then show the result in chart at the data acquisition terminal. In the end, we can get the initial assessment of the body health condition and provide the underlying basis for the further medical diagnosis.Firstly, we design the software and hardware of the physiological parameter collector. The hardware design mainly includes the design of electrode placing, interference shielding, signal multiplication and filter circuit and the chosen processor and RF module. The software design mainly includes the software framework of embedded processor and the realization of IEEE802.15.4 protocol.Secondly, we make the hardware, drive and application software design for the acquisition terminal. The hardware design mainly includes the design of LCD, network, and RF modules using the S3C2440 chip. The drive design is about designing the WM2500LP07 drive in the Linux kernel so that the acquisition terminal can support the use of the WM2500LP07 modules. The application design mainly includes the data processing and analyzing mechanism and the UI interface.At last, we place great emphasis on the processing methods of the physiological parameters. The focus is on the software filtering algorithm of the 50Hz power-line interference, digital filtering algorithm, the data compression and reconstruction, anomaly analysis of ECG signal, extraction of respiration signal from the ECG signal and realization of the body behavior recognition using the EMG signals.The paper aims at researching and designing a relatively perfect medical guardianship system. The system can use the self-designed collector to collect the physiological parameter and finish the initial data processing. Then, the data can be transmitted to the acquisition terminal for further analysis and diagnosis and UI interface display through the Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). At last, we can provide the simple, convenient, and functional perfection medical guardianship service. |
