This dissertation main research contents areas follows.Through the system analysis of the location environment factor, social economicenvironment factor, logistics environment factors, the dissertation points out the impact ofgeographical location, traffic condition, social economic development level, industrialstructure, foreign trade and other factors on the Harbin Longyun logistics park development,and the main problems of Harbin logistics enterprise development are analyzed.According to the different characteristics of the relevant market, the dissertation analysesthe diversity of different markets logistics demand in-depth. It analyses the trade circulation,manufacturing for the logistics park in the different function of needs and summarizes themain demand from logistics enterprise to logistics park.The dissertation predicts the total freight amount, different modes freight amount andfreight amount in logistics park by using the statistical data and some predict methods,namely the regression analysis method, the curve-fitting method and gray prediction.
