The technology of prestressed is applied to counteracting the tensile of the concreteelement borne in working by pre-stressing the tensile areas of the concrete elements,andutilizing the tensile strength of steels adequately.This technology has the advantages ofincreasing the anti-creak strength,rigidity and durability of the concrete,saving steels andreducing the dead weight of the elements.At present,the prestressed structure has been anengineering structure with the most advanced technology, the widely uses,the highest strengthand the best developing prospects,which is widely used in the industrial and civilbuildings,bridges and every kind of large-scale structures.The prestressed concrete requireshigh-strength steel,high-strength concrete and every specialized machine and tool,and theconstruction techniques is more complex than the ordinary one,and there are still manyquestions to be researched deeply.The prestressed concrete basic concept, development process, and prestressed concreteapplication in China is introduced briefly in this paper, based on the basic concept and theprestress of prestressed concrete structure construction conditions, the emerging integratedlogistics park the practical construction of prestressed concrete structure and the keytechnology of on-site construction management are studied. According to the constructionprocess of prestressed reinforcement, the selection and steel beam tension were analyzed;according to the engineering characteristics of prestressed structure, considering differentgrouting scheme for the structure and construction, and the construction parameters arediscussed; analysis of the prestressing features and quality control in construction process ofthe difficulties, summarizes the construction technology, quality control measures. Onconstruction the results show that, the related construction technique and selection ofparameters is feasible, has achieved the anticipated target, similar prestressed concreteconstruction technology and management has certain reference significance in the future.
