Currently many high-rise buildings in which the actual construction, prestressedconcrete beam construction relative to other segments conversion project is a broaddiscipline involved and more complex systems engineering, but also the constructionof the key and difficult, in addition to its own structure the complexity of the const-ruction process and the many uncertain factors, prone to many quality problemsduring construction of prestressed concrete transfer beam. Such as the prestressedconcrete transfer beam with varying degrees of cracking problems before tensioningtendons beam; tensioning process quality control problems, etc, and prestressedconcrete beam technology and its conversion layer applied research and developmentto date research relevant model test, the mechanical properties, and control otheraspects of construction technology is relatively more, and research and analysis ofprestressed concrete construction stage of the conversion beam tension has lessquality control and not systems.In this paper, in order to a prestressed concrete transfer beam practicalengineering background, integrated current research results related to prestressedconcrete transfer beams aspects and practical experience in engineering, made thefollowing main research topics.1. First, the mechanism of the force beam transfer layer structure is analyzed,the force mechanism based on the prestressed concrete transfer beam structuredesign theory, and the paper selected engineering background related calculations.2. Based on the finite element theory, the actual project to convert the selectedprestressed concrete beam for effective computing model, a detailed simulationanalysis tensioning tendons segmented construction process, trough careful analysison the simulation results obtained about the stress and strain and deformationfeatures, combined with reasonable suggestions engineering aspects of design andconstruction, and provide a reference for the actual construction of the next drawingsheets, and be able to help solve some practical problems arising in the course ofconstruction.3. By testing prestressed concrete transfer girder tensioning tendons, a detail-ed analysis of the test results obtained, and the results were compared with thesimulation to obtain useful conclusions about the tension of quality control. 4. Finally, the actual engineering background, both converted from constructi-on beams Prestressed Concrete Crack Prevention transfer beam and prestressedconcrete construction stage to discuss about the application of prestressed concreteconstruction technology to convert the beam, in thefuture provide references relatedto the actual project.
