Study On Location-Selection Method Of Public Transit Hubs

As city’s important infrastructure, public transportation hub is an important node of citytraffic, it belongs to the city’s significant infrastructure construction projects，and has greatinfluence to various aspects of the city’s development. Public transportation planning is animportant part of the urban planning, and the public transport hub site planning decides theunction and efficiency of the public transportation system. To scientifically and rationallychoose public transport hub, you must have the support of theory and method, but currenttheories and methods has many shortcomings. The paper studies and improves the relatedtheory and method through referring to the experts research results at home and abroad andcombining with my own professional, in hopes of providing certain reference to publictransportation development.First of all, this paper expounds the basic knowledge of public transportation hub, andanalyzes the domestic and foreign research present situation, and clears the purpose andsignificance of the study, and puts forward the guiding ideology of the public transport hubsitting; Secondly, rationally classify public transport hub, and deep analyzes the function ofpublic transport hub, and analyzes the influential factors of public transport hub sitting, andanalyzes the requirements of public transport hub’s location, and puts forward the principle ofpublic transportation hub site; Then, according to the current selection method of publictransport hub’s layout, and deep study the basic principle and the suitable conditions of allkinds of location method, and optimizes the model of location, and determines the calibrationmethod and algorithm of various kinds parameters.This paper analyzes a city’s public transport hub site planning, and adopts the sittingmethod, and illustrates the rationality of the location of the public transit hub anddemonstrates the scientific and operability of the study method according to instanceevaluation.
