By analyzing the present states of domestic freeway power logic,which has put intouse.The scheme of power logic is designed in this article which is universal relevance fordomestic freeway.This realizes the remote monitor and control system for electric powersupply systems and advances the level of management.Supply and distribution system for highway build the framework of the basic hardwaresystem,the framework will be a road to power monitoring system is divided into three partsmaster layer,communication layer and the field control layer,a detaileddescription of thefunction of each class,and the necessary hardware equipment selection and equipment areintroduced.Focus on the highway communications layer for a network topology map of thedistribution system.The network topology map,including the three-tier structure of powermonitoring,industrial switches and communication between the field controllayer TCP/IPprotocol for communication,communication management machine with monitoring devicesto communicate through the Modbus protocol.Master layer,between the field control layerand different electric field control layer point using optical fiber for communicationcommunication layer throughout the monitoring system.Incremental model of system software design,design a functional block diagram of thesystem software,specific introduction to thevarious functions.System functional flow chart isdesigned to highlight the real-time data display,troubleshooting the implementationprocess.Describes the system login andmachine data processing process of the operatingprinciple of the monitoring system.The three-power monitoring system structure,according to the general charging stationpowered device configuration to the highway power monitoring system,mainly to completethe configuration software system development in the host computer.This section includesKingview external hardware port address assignment for the monitoring object theestablishment of the corresponding database and the data attribute definition,design thedynamic link of the PC monitoring the corresponding power supply equipment screen andscreen,the system report access historical database design and control field devices.Illustratesthe working process of the system in the field device control design via UPS.Finally,through the external data acquisition experiment of the communication function of the system,indicating that this system has a practical value.
