Underground continuous wall is a kind of wall below the surface for supporting theupper part of the building loads, preventing the penetration and seepage of water, orretaining.. Many parts’s local parameter for the effect on the machine performance coupls, and difficult to quantify. At present the domestic use of continuous wall grab especially largegrab is mostly foreign product. Therefore, developed with independent intellectual propertyrights of the product, has important practical significance for enterprises to reduce the costand improve efficiency. This paper, combining with engineering practice, with460kn undergroundcontinuous wall hydraulic grab as the goal, combined with chassis, mechanical structure, ground mechanical, hydraulic, such as the dynamic theory, to stady its construction process, hydraulic system design, the chassis of the modeling and simulation, thermal system test, etc., The main contents are:(1) Reviewed the trend of hydraulic diaphragm wall grabhydraulic grab developmentboth at home and abroad, provided a detailed introduction on the product working principle, process and structure.(2) In underground continuous wall hydraulic grab the typical condition circuit wereanalyzed, and on this basis, combining with the product sample, the hydraulic system groupinto element selection calculation and checking, finally, the selection of the hydraulicsystem for the necessary heat balance calculation.(3) Based on AMESim, established a system model which includs diesel engine, themain pump, the main valve and actuator, the continuous wall hydraulic grab chassishydraulic. By setting the system model parameters, can simulate the main typical workingcondition, the simulation data are basically in agreement with the actual working conditionof the physical prototype.(4) According to the Underground continuous wall experiment research, Explain thetotal design parameters reasonable. to improved the cooling system parameters, so as to improve heat dissipation effect, and to improve the hydraulic system reliability.
