As an important diaphragm wall construction machine,hydraulic grab grooving machine is widely used in reservoir dam,subway station,port wharf,high-rise building and other foundation construction.Because its working load is greatly affected by formation changes,the overall safety and reliability of the equipment has attracted much attention.In this paper,the development history of diaphragm wall is studied.According to the market demand and future development trend,the performance parameters of double hoist hydraulic grab grooving machine are determined by analyzing the current situation and development trend of domestic and foreign hydraulic grab grooving machine.Through visiting the construction units,studying the construction technology,understanding the expectations and requirements of the operators on the function of the slotting machine,starting with the details,carrying out differentiated product design and development.This paper designs the chassis,hoisting,boom,pipe hoisting device and grab of double hoist hydraulic grab grooving machine,calculates the maximum lifting force and the fastest lifting speed of wire rope and oil cylinder,and uses relevant programs to carry out the key components of hydraulic grab grooving machine-boom and top pulley group.Finite element analysis and calculation.The calculation and analysis results show that the functions and main technical parameters of the whole machine meet the design requirements.The double hoist hydraulic grab grooving machine designed in this paper has high grooving accuracy,high efficiency,convenient use and maintenance,which provides a certain reference for the development of similar products in China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The development status of grab grooving machine at home and abroad and the market prospect of diaphragm wall in China are analyzed and summarized,and the research background and significance of this paper are explained.(2)According to the performance of the double hoist hydraulic grab grooving machine required for construction,the overall design scheme is put forward,and the main components are designed and calculated to verify the stability of the machine.(3)According to the construction characteristics,the hydraulic system is designed and the hydraulic pumps,motors and cylinders are calculated.According to the working procedure of hydraulic grab slotting machine,a suitable control system is designed.(4)According to the actual working conditions of the hydraulic grab grooving machine,the static analysis of its key components-boom and top pulley group is carried out.The results show that the strength and stiffness requirements are satisfied.(5)The vibration mode analysis of the first six natural frequencies of the lower arm,which is the key component of the grooving machine,is carried out.The results show that according to the natural frequencies of the lower arm of the grooving machine far away from the natural frequencies of the grooving machine,there will be no resonance phenomenon and meet the requirements of use.
