In recent years, with the development of social economy and culture, people have raisedtheir demands for living and working conditions, decoration for buidings is becoming moreand more complex, and affected by various factors, a series of building disease have alsoappeared in various parts of the buildings. At present, the existing building quantitativeevaluation research is relatively common, however, specifications for the evaluation methodsand standards are quite different. In addition, building itself is a very complex system, so theevaluation method of mathematical model of the system is rarely found. The paper gives an analysis of the building disease and causes with project examples byusing Matlab numerical calculation software, and makes a theoretical calculation for weightvalue of various factors by using AHP method and the entropy weight method. Based on this,by using the fuzzy analysis, comprehensive assessment is made on the existing buildings toget the quantitative evaluation result.Study of causes of building disease shows that there are various factors, with factorsaffecting each other and none being independent, so AHP is adopted to determine the weightvalues of each factor, the entropy method is used to regulate them. In the study of evaluationmehod, first of all, according to the current code, the evaluation standards for each factor isdivided systematically, in combination with the building disease, detailed grading standard ismade. Secondly, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is adopted to evaluate the existingbuildings. By doing so, the relationship between each factor is taken into consideration, moreaccurate results for quantification evaluation can be obtained, which is of great significancefor finding the analysis method for building evaluation system and for providing guidance forthe study of reinforcement.
