This topic comes from the supply and demand docking plan project of Wuhan city.The improvement of the adsorption bed structure has been the research focus in solidadsorption refrigeration industry, the existing shell and tube type adsorption bed used engineexhaust as heat source, the heat transfer coefficient between smoke and the unit tube is low,the switch time of adsorption bed is longer, in addition, the corrosion is serious becauseexhaust gas and cooling water make alternate flowing. This topic puts forward a kind ofadsorption bed which adopt efficient heat pipe as the main component of heat transfer, andconducts research on the heat transfer model.The adsorption bed uses calcium chloride-ammonia as adsorption pair, this topicanalyzes the heat transfer of adsorption bed according to its adsorption mechanism andcontrasts the two kinds of adsorption bed from the flue gas utilization efficiency and heatingtransition time.The result shows that the flue gas utilization efficiency of gravity type heatpipe is larger than the shell and tube type adsorption bed, the heating and switch timetransition of the former is less than the later.Take the adsorption for example, this article establishes a heat transfer model, adoptesthe finite difference method to simulate the adsorption bed internal two-dimensional steadyheat distribution, and analyzes the influence of the temperature distribution of the adsorptionbed when the fin parameters changed. The simulation results indicate that the adsorbenttemperature distributing uniformity, the maximum temperature difference about5℃, theadsorbent can be fully desorbed. The temperature of adsorption became little when the finheight changes, but the temperature of adsorption changed greatly when the fin spacingchanges. When the fin height is20mm,the fin spacing is less than11mm.This study is important to the application of gravity heat pipe adsorption bed employedCaCl2-NH3working pair in the waste adsorption refrigeration system.
