Issues of environment and energy are two main problem areas presently confronting the world,so energy and environmental problem has already become a common globally interested problem at present.Adsorption refrigeration is advantageous for environment friendliness and energy conservation.Compared with traditional vapor compression type refrigeration,adsorption refrigeration has a great potential for exploitation.Adsorption refrigeration system can use natural refrigerant and avoid the bigger moving parts,so adsorption refrigeration technology has received more and more attention in recent years.This text presents an analysis of adsorption refrigeration in fisher ice-making field by experimental investigations and numerical simulations,based on the environment of land,we have established a laboratorial platform to simulate practical situation of fishing vessel,the main works are summarized as follows:1.Comparing and analyzing the main features of some used usually working refrigerant.The selection of basing on activated carbon fiber chlorination calcium-ammonia as the working pairs.And analysis of the continuous heat regenerative adsorption cooling cycle using the chlorination calcium-ammonia as the working pairs.2.In order to solve the problem of the ability of adsorption and desorption fade away,this text has designed a new kind of detachable heat pipe adsorbent bed bolted flange joint assembly.3.The adsorption bed can direct use exhaust gas from fishing vessels,and it use heat pipe to transfer heat which is a kind of efficient transmission medium.The distribution of heat pipe can help us change working pairs convenient,which lays the foundation of comparative text in future. 4.Based on the environment of land,we have established a laboratorial platform to simulate practical situation of fishing vessel.And the key parts of the system,such as evaporator liquid reservoir and mixing chamber have been redesigned.5.In order to determine the best heating time,velocity of inlet and temperature of exhaust gas,we utilize FLUENT to imitate temperature field of heat pipe by exhaust gas heating,which is not only shorten circulation cycle and improve cycle efficiency,but also make the best of energy of exhaust gas,it can provide some suggests to experiment.At the same time,we utilize FLUENT to imitate temperature field of heat pipe by air cooling.We also utilize the method of trace of FLUENT to imitate the trace of exhaust gas and air in adsorbent bed.They are of great significance for the research of exhaust gas heating solid adsorption refrigeration system of fishing vessel.
