Adaptability Methods Study Of Small Towns Planning Under The Low Carbon Background

Energy and environmental problems of the large and medium-sized cities are serious, andthey also easily raise the people’s concern, but for the small towens which are the importantproportion of the China’s towns,we were not realized the seriousness of the problem ofresources, energy, environment, which are the problem for many of China’s small towns tosolve. The Low-Carbon concept were put forward not only bring development opportunitiesfor the large and medium-sized cities, but also bring hope to small towns. At present we are ina low-carbon-oriented society, how the small towns pursue their development in a low-carbonconcept, how to build low-carbon small towns becomes even more important.Traditional small towns planning concerns the macro and qualitative and theoreticalresearch such as overall shape, nature, scale and orientation, land using, industrial structure,planning management, planning methods, but not pay attention to the quantitative data researchin microscopic field, so this paper focuses on the technology in the field of planning which areadapt to the small towns in China (not to consider the influence of industry and policy),and thedetermination of the quantitative microscopic data under the low-carbon background. This willprovideas theoretical and technical reference for China’s small towns planning andconstruction.This paper have the adaptive technologies to small towns’ planning as study target, analysthe character of small towns planning which is different from the characteristics of the urbanplanning and rural planning, from the low-carbon perspective, put the adaptability as thestarting point, to explore the adaptability’s achieve technical and path of low-carbon smalltowns planning from small towns’ mode, planning of residential areas, transportation systemplanning, green space and landscape planning, and have a study for micro data of partial indicators of the residential area planning, roads and green. Finally, in case of the WuqingDistrict Chengguan town planning, explore the application of the the above adaptive methodsand data in the actual town planning.At present, China is actively building a low-carbon society, environment-friendly society,so this study has important practical significance to promote the small towns healthdevelopment and the building of a low-carbon society.
