Power transmission equipment on-line monitoring techniques and applications,reliable, efficient condition monitoring of the target device to ensure safe operation ofequipment, to visualize the state of smart grid devices and lay a solid foundation. Thispaper focus on the main power transmission line monitoring technology status ofequipment, transmission equipment, on-line monitoring of the characteristics oftechnology, architecture, the communication standard, advanced applications, themain work of this paper is as follows:This paper describes the transmission line monitoring device research background,basic concepts and technical features., we make a detailed study of the transmissionequipment on-line monitoring device at home and abroad application. The mainpower transmission equipment on-line monitoring techniques were studied in detail,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of various on-line monitoringtechniques.This paper proposed in the new Tianjin Eco-city comprehensive smart gridequipment condition monitoring system implementation plan, showing the powertransmission equipment, on-line monitoring use of the technology. Specifically says,this paper mainly includes the following aspects:This paper builds a unified model and application specification of communicationsprotocol based on the DL/T860(IEC61850) standard to on-line monitoring., andredefines the logical nodes of undefined power cable temperature and UHF partialdischarge.This paper firstly achieves OSA-CBM6layer structure of the condition monitoringsystem, in order to achieve the docking with the SG186information systems and theembedding of other vendors algorithm. Porposes a technology specification andoperation management for condition monitoring to improve the management level andefficiency.This paper successfully established visualization platform, the intelligent alarm,and the self-diagnostic system of equipment and communication status, in order toachieve the communications standardization and control of the information,intelligence, visualization and monitoring devices.And in this paper, the exponentialsmoothing method is used to predict the state of device development trend, and the experments show that this method has a good result. Improves the analysis algorithmof the diagnosis of various types of equipment, and provides a good technical supportfor the device further fault location and qualitatiove. Different types of conditionmonitoring devices are used in this paper to form a dynamic configuration mechanismof page template. By doing this we improve the user interaction and configurationflexibility.
