This paper mainly introduces a new type system of intelligent elevator control. Differentwith the tradition system it does not need a parallel connector which connects with intelligentsystem and control system saves resource and reliability can be advanced. In addition this thesisgives the way to realize the system.CAN (Controller Area Network) is a kind of Field Bus which supports distributed controland real-time control. It has become abroad useful due to its high speed, high reliability and easyconnection. This paper discussed the application of CAN in elevator control system andintroduces a new concept dynamic identification. The new characteristic makes the system moreintelligence and more humanity.In order to upgrade the existing elevator control system,this paper presents a design of themain Controller in the elevator control system based on Micro Controller Unit of LPC2294.Asfor the Software design,the preemptive multitasking real-time operating systemμC/OS is chosenas platform of the elevator system implementing the input/output,scheduling distribution,CANcommunication;The hardware design with LPC2294to achieve interoperability with theinverter,collection for pulse encoder feedback,input and output.
