Smart substation integrated monitoring system is an important part of smart grid,and the basis of dispatching control and production management of smart grid.Data communication network shutdown is a supporting device to meet the intelligent substation integrated monitoring system for dispatchingand other master station applications.The hierarchical and distributed integrated substation automation systemis gradually popularized and applied in power system.Many substations have realized unattended substations,which can greatly improve the safety reliability index and economic index of the operation and management of substation.In order to realize unmanned operation,it is necessary to monitor and control the substationin dispatching.The data communication network shutdown has realized the data of the intelligent equipment such as measurement and control,protection and so on and uploaded to the scheduling,and the control commands of the dispatcher control the intelligent equipment.However,the application functions of various communication protocols(e.g.: IEC104 and Modbus,etc.)are limited.In order to meet the requirements of the application,each manufacturer has extended the protocol,and each manufacturer has different interpretations of the protocol.These causeinconsistencies even in the same agreement.Even the different products of the same manufacturer at different times also appeared inconsistent agreement.This requiresthe data communication network shutdown has strong compatibility and extensibility,and can support various communication protocols.In order to solve the problems of poor interoperability of protective equipment,difficult sharing of information and poor controllability of the system,IEC TC57 issued DL/T860 Protocol as a globally uniform Substation Network and Communication Protocol.Its main goal is to achieve“one world,one technology,one standard”,which requires the data communication network shutdown to support DL/T860 Protocol.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a data communication network shutdown which is suitable for various hardware platforms(arm?powerpc?x86).The main work includes:(1)The paper puts forward the design scheme of data communication network shutdown.Through the analysis of a series of specifications and standards,such as "Technical Specification for the Construction of Intelligent Substation Integrated Monitoring System","Function Specification of Intelligent Substation Integrated Monitoring System" and "Technical Specificationof Data Communication Network Shutdown",the paper abstracts the requirements of substation data communication network shutdown,determines the scheme design of shutdown.These points out the methods and ideas for the development of data communication network shutdown.(2)The paper puts forward the protocol conversion mechanism based on shared memory.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various methods of data interaction between processes,the paper expounds why the shared memory is used for data interaction,and discusses the method of mutual exclusion of shared memory data.And the paperdescribes the implementation model of DL/T860 and IEC104,which is the most popular and frequently used protocol,in the data communication network shutdown.(3)The papercarries realization and test to the data communication network shut down.This paper expounds how to realize the design and function module of data communication gateway software,describes the relationship between each module in detail,and gives the flow of each functional module.The paper explains the necessity of configuration software,describes the function of configuration and its corresponding implementation method.Finally,the function and performance of data shutdown are tested.In summary,the requirement of the data communication gateway is deeply studied in this paper,the protocols such as DL/T860 and IEC104 are deeply explored,the shared memory conversion mechanism is introduced into the data communication gateway,the data conversion model of the data communication gateway is established,and the implementation scheme of the communication gateway is designed and implemented.The experimental results show the data communication gateway can satisfy the needs of data communication in smart substation monitoring system.
