The technology of automatic levelling is playing the more and more importantstatus in work, life and military. With the development of electron technology andmicrocomputer control technique and hydraulic auto-leveling system shortcomingssuch as low levelling precious and low system response, an electromechanicallevelling taking TMS320F2812chip made by TI Inc as its core is designed. Thepropose of the system is to improve the key factors of levelling system:levelling timeand levelling precious.Firstly, the thesis determined the method of the highest point fixed for levelling bydiscussing and comparing various methods of levelling. The levelling has someadvantages such as high speed and precision. In the aspect of weak leg question, weanalyzed the reason moreover the article provided some measures to resolve theproblems. Method of running four hundred pulses of motor in turn which causedelongation of the platform legs was presented with innovation.Secondly, the hardware in this system was introduced in detail, includingcontroller, simulator, dual axis tilt sensor, two-phase hybrid stepping motor andcorresponding driver, Thomson Neff Worm gear screw jacks and limit switches.Thepaper build the corresponding hardware circuit including motor drive circuit and limitswitches signal input circuit.In the software system, the thesis elaborated the software development of controlsystem of automatically levelling based on C language. The system completed thedesign method of every function unit including motor drive module, key recognitionand transmission module, signal module, LCD drive module, pulse counting module,weak leg module, levelling module and limit module.Finally, the software design and hardware circuit debugging were schemedout.Some questions existed in the system are analyzed. Bying doing verificationexperiments, levelling precision and the levelling time and assess the feasibility ofeliminating weak leg program meet the requirements.The paper also do the dynamicstability experiment on platform and analyze the result preliminary.The paper set upcertain foundation and will be useful for further research related with this technology.
