This thesis, aiming at the automatically levelling system of asphalt paver, has studied a kind of Fuzzy-PID self-adapting automatically levelling controller according to MCU.Firstly, after the thesis having given the approximate mathematical model of the paving machinery, the system successively proceeds some different control strategy emulations. The emulating result indicates: In this system, the dynamic capability of the Fuzzy-PID controlling arithmetic is better than the capability of the PID controlling which can make the integral apart , and theFuzzy-PID control has better robust capability. It offers a kind of valid method for the system to which people set up the model complicatedly or difficultly.Secondly, it expatiates the designing principle of the hardware and the correlative software flow and program in the automatically levelling controller. Connecting with designing the hardware, it introduces the total frame of the controlling system, the interface circuit of the expanding RAM, the design of height error's imputting passage, the design of the output's PWM controlling passage one after another. Connecting with designing the software, it gives the design of the monitoring and controlling program, the initializing program, the interrupting program about T0, the A/D signal sampling program, the figure filtering program, the PWM outputting program. According to MCU, this kind of controller can change the parameter very easily such as controlling strategy, PWM occupying empty ratio etc.. At the same time, it works out some figure filtering program to improve the controller's anti-interference capability in the signal collection, assistanting with the hardware's anti-interference measures which make the MCU working reliably under the bad environment. It uses C language to compile the software, and the procedure practice the modularizing design which makes it easy to modify and expand the procedure. The C51 compiler distributes the internal resources automatically, making the programmer not to consider allotting the bottom resources excessively.Finally, it puts forward some suggestions and expectation to the further...
