In recent years, with the development and progress of military science and technology, an important infrastructure of shipboard equipment has become naval air defense weapon, the development level of shipboard equipment has become an important symbol of national defense science and technology development level. Shipborne 3D high precision servo platform design precision will directly work quality of shipboard equipment.This subject is mainly mechanical structure design of Shipborne high precision 3D servo platform and error compensation of the servo stabilized platform model. The main work includes the following parts:First of all, according to the latest domestic and foreign development status of 3D servo platform, analyzes the working principle of the platform design, overall plan to develop a stable platform and feasible, and the main structure and the main driving mode is feasibility analysis;Secondly, the structure design, focus on 3D high precision platform main parts material selection and the analysis and design of the core driving motor selection;Finally, pay attention to the high precision platform error compensation model is established for simulation, and to analyze the impact of compensation result errors on the whole system accuracy.
