They put a large number of human resource and material resource toget accurate marine meteorological data, in order to meet the requirements of socialeconomic development and national security. Therefore the development of marinemeteorological monitoring is very important in our country. The Ship MeteorologicalInstrument is a shipboard automatic weather observation system. It can be widelyarranged in ships, to get wind speed, wind direction, temperature, humidity, pressureand other meteorological data in the vessel sea area. These data are very important formarine development, marine exploitation and marine maintenance. With the rapidgrowth of economy and electronic technology, the original Ship MeteorologicalInstrument cannot meet the growing needs of the community. So the implementationof new Ship Meteorological Instrument with low power consumption, mini-size,intelligent, high integration, high reliability, wide application, has very importantsignificance.This article discusses on the process of the design and implementation forHardware System of the optimization Ship Meteorological Instrument. At last thisarticle uses Atmel Atxmega128A1processor as main control board CPU. This articlecontains the design of main control board, sensor selection and program design ideas.And in the end a long term experiment on product prototype proves the feasibility ofmy design. According to the actual research results of the design, this articlesummarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system, and pointsout the future development trend of the Ship Meteorological Instrument.The innovation of this article is the True Wind Calculation by the ShipMeteorological Instrument. It has two ways to calculate the true wind. And it canautomatically identify the two kinds of Wind Sensor, and identify the way is thecombination of GPS Module and Position Sensor or double GPS for calculating truewind. This subject solves two problems. Firstly, the main board has all the functionsin single board. It can increase the integration of the system, reduce the powerconsumption. Secondly, this article has two ways to calculate true wind, withautomatic recognition. So it can extend the application of the system. |
