The Aviation electronic equipment testing system is used for in the aviation electronicequipment research and development and batch production process, the functionintegrity and stability of the strict test, in order to produce a function of productsaccuracy. This test system can through PC software flexible combination test complexairborne avionics.In this thesis, based on the background of the practice company’s projects, thedevelopment and trend status of the test system, CAN bus, PCI bus and programmablelogic devices at home and abroad is studied.According to the specific requirements ofsystem function, the design of the testing system contains power control monitoring,CAN bus communication, high-speed serial bus communication, SPI bus communi-cation, wave restoration and incentive for the integration of the testing system. Acomputer operating system is a development platform of the whole of testing system,using PCI interface and RS232interface as a bridge, the user through PC software tocomplete the data interaction with other modules. Achievement2-channel CAN bus’sreliable communication between node and node,4-channel RS485/LVDS (synchroniz-ed/asynchronous) serial bus reliable communications, SPI bus communication,reliable analog baseband signal input signal and the model code and discrete signalcontrol.In this thesis, introduce the MicroBlaze processor, CAN bus technology, PCI bustechnology that the testing system used in more detail. From the aspect of power man-agement, CAN bus interface design, PCI bus interface design and other control circui-t introduced the hardware design of the bus interface control module of this test syste-m in more detail.Bus interface control module isthe core of the test system, FPGA is logic controlchip.The design of FPGA logic is completed under the way of modularization, weinstantiate many function module and interconnect the interface between many function module in the design of the top. We introduced the main function of theprogram design in more detail. Including CAN bus module, PCI9054local controlmodule and so on.We test the test system under the way of loop-back test, performance test andanalysis various properties of the corresponding. Through the test results show that thetest system can meet the performance index of project requirements. This test systemhas been through the acceptance and delivered to the users.
