Lessons Learned From Reconstructing Of Urban Primary And Secondary Road And Research Of Post-evaluation System

China is speeding up the urbanization process， motorizedtransportation is irreversible in major cities, the resulting，urban trafficcongestion has become a hot focus. Local governments are increasing theproportion of the municipal infrastructure projects about the reconstructingof urban primary and secondary road.Hangzhou have accumulated many experience about thereconstructing of urban primary and secondary road through years of works,some experience is successful and some experience is unsuccessful. How toextract the successful experience, how to play them in future projects andhow to use the experience in other regions according to local conditions,lessons Learned from reconstructing of urban primary and secondary roadand research of post-evaluation system is very urgent.First, I’ll sum up the situation of the road reconstruction about the city ofHangzhou in recent years. And on this basis I’ll build post-evaluationsystem about the urban road reconstruction project. Secondary, I’ll researchthe methods of post-evaluation, and propose a more reasonable andworkable approach, and focus on index weights of post-evaluation system.Finally, I’ll analysis the Qianjiang Road of Hangzhou Qianjiang New cityin the post-evaluation system.I hope this research can be carrying out the post-evaluation work about the urban reconstruction project of primary and secondary road betterand more in-depth.
