Study On Creating A Characteristic Landscape Design Of College Campus

With the urbanization process of development and community education emphasis on continuous improvement, all types of colleges and universities Starting to focus on improvement of teaching quality、methods and innovation, meanwhile,construction for the campus landscape has become much more important. The story of "Meng Mu moved three" in the current society is interpreted more often, so dynamic and unique campus environment, will directly affect the training of high-quality and output, and even more direct impact on long-term development of college, and become an important determinant of choice of schools. How to make college campus landscape as a material carrier of culture, the University can fully reflect the spiritual content, but also has certain characteristics, that is the focus of this paper to study.This paper studies the development of University Campus Landscape history, elements, types and characteristics,and also some Landscape design theory of the Campus, summed up the connotation of landscape features, creative forms,and ways of its trends were generally forecast. Site visits and surveys on some university campus of Nanjing, which have different character and built in different years, problems were found and the main factors which affect the landscape of the campus were discussed,and the countermeasures to solve the problem were specific proposed. Finally, the actual participation of instances-Waxi University Campus Landscape planning and design, specifically addressed how to make the campus landscape creative.
