With the rapid development of highway construction, prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge for the advantages of beautiful shape, simple construction, reasonable force, cost and economic cost are more and more widely used in China Bridge Structures. So the researchs aboult its main construction process and key technology are very important. This paper focuses on the Shao Jiang Bridge and choose the better hanging basket. This paper introduced key continuous prestressed concrete beam bridge construction technology, and gives the reasonable approach about the main issues in the construction process. The main works are the following:Firstly, Introduction and compare the performance and characteristics of the hanging basket and different types of prestressed concrete continuous box girder construction of options in the Cradle and reasonable approach. Combine the characteristics of this bridge type the best hanging basket is selected, and stress analysis was carried out.Secondly, For Shao Zi River Bridge under the new construction technology characteristics and difficulties, the secondary internal forces of the two boxes of room between the flange plate and the diaphragm caused are studied; One method is adoped to reduce the internal force.Thirdly, Before and after the temporary bearing released, the bridge influenced by the pier rigid is studied.Forthly, Considering the heat of mass concrete impact on the box for the bridge construction process of 0#,1# boxes, a reasonable method of reducing heat of hydration is adoped to avoid cracks in box produced.Fifthly, The prestressed box girder tension sequence of linear internal forces and the impact of bridge are studied.
