Human Behavior And Plant Landscape Design Research Of The Main Park Green Space In Hangzhou Downtown Area

The thesis explores the human behavior and plant landscape planting design by the basic investigation on main park green spaces in Hangzhou downtown area regarding the environmental psychology and environmental behavior as its theory basis. It put forward the characteristic and content of humanism green landscape planting design, further enriched both the green landscape planting theory and human behavior theory with profound theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, the thesis selects several typically different green space types as examples to do the elementary investigation and research relying on behavior map, behavior trace, questionnaire and visiting. It analyzes the common human behavior feature and distribution feature in different types of green spaces and makes a summary of the reciprocal influence and condition relationship between human behavior and green space on the basis of environmental psychology and environmental behavior. Secondly, the thesis links up the human behavioral feature and plants’ornamental characters to do the investigation and research on how plants’color and shape influence public psychology and guide public behavior. At last, it comes up with the conclusion that reasonable scale, rational tree coverage, highly environmental perceptions, all-inclusive and a vibrant green space are the key points of humanism green landscape planting design.
