Abstract/Summary:
Global climate change and the rapid development urbanization have intensified the occurren-ce of various extreme weather events in the city and seriously threatened the safety of the residents’ lives and property.In order to resolve this problem,this paper through research relevant theory and practice of green infrastructure and climate change,taking Hangzhou as the representative,from the perspective of adapting to urban climate change,to explore the construction strategy of green infrastructure and to create a more comfortable,secure and healthy living environment in city.Firstly this paper researched both domestic and oversea relevant theory and practice of adapting to climate change and determined the specific content of green infrastructure adaptation to climate change,they are "cold island effect",optimization of hydrological circulation and ventilation corridor.Based on the basic research between climate and green infrastructure about their interaction,this paper instructed their coupling coordination relationship.On the above basic research,through analyzed the climate environment,the main climate disaster and the trend of future climate change,this paper summarized the main climate problems in Hangzhou main downtown.At the same time,by the data collection and field research,this paper analysed the green infrastructure construction situation in terms of investigating 6 different geen space types which include the scenic area,parks,the road green space,water,farmland and other green land in Hangzhou main downtown.According to the research,proposed main problems about exist green infrastructure.Then,based on the coupling coordination theory,established the dynamic coupling coordination model of the climate and the green infrastructure in Hangzhou downtown to analyze their the coupling process.And through the SWOT analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of the green infrastructure construction strategy of Hangzhou are analyzed.Finally,according to the existing main climate problems in Hangzhou downtown,from two scales of planning and site,this paper put forword construction strategies of green infrastructure to adapt to climate change.From the perspective of planning scale,in order to alleviate the urban heat island effect,reduce air pollution and improve the local climate environment,two main strategies are proposed,including determining the green core area and constructing ventilation corridor.From the perspective ofsite scale,there are three implement ways to regulate microclimate,control rainwater runoff pollution and optimize urban hydrological circulation which are construct ecological roof and vertical greening,apply permeable pavement and establish rainwater garden.In the end,this paper put forward four guarantee countermeasures of green infrastructure construction strategies,which includes the relevant laws and regulations system,strengthening policy guidance,setting up specialized institutions and advocating public participation.Through the study on the climate adaptability of green infrastructure to climate change.It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for Hangzhou to tackle climate change in the future.
