In recent years,with the development of rural economy in China, the farmers’ livingstandard is rising, newly rural residential area reached6-7billion㎡, rural buildings’ energyconsumption is growing, which is contrary to the energy-saving concept of creating newenergy-saving countryside and achieving sustainable energy development. So it is urgent topromote energy saving in rural areas and develop ecological residence.of low energyconsumption Yangling is located in the Guanzhong Plain,it is hot in summer and cold inwinter,in order to prevent heat,keep natural draft in summer and keep warm in winter, ruralhouse will naturally consume more energy,so it is meaningful to study the energy-saving ofrural house in Yangling.The energy saving of building contains three stages: in the first stage,we should considerbuilding layout to reduce energy consumption;in the second stage,we should consider singlebuilding design to reduce energy consumption; in the third stage,we should consider buildingenvelope and mechanical equipment system to reduce energy consumption. The layout of thebuilding is the fundamental premise and guarantee for building’s energy saving. The focus ofthis paper is to study the energy-saving layout of the buildings.Based on the extensive and meticulous investigation of rural house in Yangling,thepaper grasped the current situation and energy consumption of the rural residence inYangling,getting the basic information.Based on the principle of natural ventilation insummer, used CFD software to simulate the different wind environment formed by differentbuilding layout and combined with the local climate conditions to explore the energy-savingstrategy of building layout for Yangling. The results will provide new ideas for theenergy-saving of rural house. The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)The rural house in Yangling mostly use the parallel layout, architectural layout issimple, building envelope structure is weak, in summer mainly adopts the fan to cool and use firewood and stove to get heat in winter; the energy saving of rural house in Yanglingn is stillat the primary stage,energy saving potential is very big. Rural house in Yangling can changethe building layout,control the building shape coefficient and use the heat preservation andenergy-saving wall materials to reduce building energy consumption.(2)The outdoor wind environment simulation formed by different buildings showed that:the most favorable energy-saving layout in summer is parallel or inclined type in Yangling,Because these two kinds of layout can form moderate speed and relatively stable distributionof wind field, gettig larger comfortable wind zone. About the spatial layout of building group,we should adopt the low north and high south layout, building height should increasegradually from south to north,this is more conducive to energy-saving for residentialventilation.(3)Combinated with the climate conditions of Yangling, put forward the rural residentialenergy-saving strategy of building layout as follows: rural house in Yangling should arrangein the South mountainside,rural house should head to the south by east10°and the suitableorientation is toward the south or southwest,it should not head to the west or northwest;thebuilding space should consider the two factors of sunlight and ventilation. In the new ruralconstruction layout, we can increase the space between each group, While the internalbuiding space of the group should narrow the space when the internal buidings meet thesunshine space as far as possible, and it leads to save land;The space between two groups canarrang green and landscape to become the public recreation area outdoor.We should pay fullattention to the role of the building green,and plant trees on both sides of the buildinggable,it is good for guiding the flow of the wind; At last, we should pay attention to thearrangement of trees and shrubs in the long windward of buidings and control the distancebetween it and windows.The world is facing the problem of shortage of energy, While the building energyconsumption accounts for about50%of total energy consumption in the world, ruralresidential energy consumption accounts for a considerable proportion of building energyconsumption, it is significant to do the rural residential energy saving research. The work inthis paper can provide a certain reference significance and promoting effect for the ruralresidential energy consumption in Yangling.
