A Study On Strategy Of Land-Saving In Green Residence Building

China is going through the world’s largest urbanization process, the rate of urbanization has reached51.27%in2011,the urban population has exceeds the rural population to reach690million people for the first time. The basic reality of China is that the population is large while the land area is small, the nation has a serious shortage of arable land resource, however, urban construction need to take up a lot of land resources. Thus saving and intensive use the land will inevitably become the best choice of China’s urbanization process. We must be solve the problem of residence in this process, Urban residential areas have a big portion in urban construction areas, it will be increasing demand on the city’s limited land, therefore the study on saving-land of urban residential areas is very important.The18th Congress of China’s Communist Party has put forward the ecology civilization construction in a more important position, and proposed to construction a new urbanization with intensive、smart、green and low-carbon. From the perspective of sustainable development, the paper has take green residential building as the research area, and establish a "Concept and theoretical research—System analysis—Methods research—Practice" of the road line, the use of relevant disciplines and theoretical approach to the save-land measures of green residential building for in-depth analysis with the following exposition.Firstly, papers analysis the current shortage of land resources in the current conditions, from the problems of urban development and construction industry in china as a background note, stressed the importance of land-saving in green building; Secondly, through the system analysis the certification system of green building evaluation criteria、saving-land theory and technology measures in domestic and foreign papers, and find the direction of researchment; Finally, combine with the "Evaluation standard for Green Building", from the point of urban planning, architecture design and technology means to in-depth analyse the measures of land-saving in green residential buildings; At the end of papers take the green residential building project as examples to do application exploration.As innovation of this point, the paper highlights the researchment of land-saving in green residential buildings, expect to make contributions to the development of urbanization and green buildings.
