| This paper first introduced the research background, then analysed the development and research situation of hydraulic module assembled trailer both in home and abroad, under fully understand the trailer’s structure characteristics and technical features, combined with the the actual requirement of the enterprise, come out the research purpose and significance. On this basis, the main content and overall research plan of this project are put forward.To solve the three column-hydraulic module assembled trailer’s loading problem,this paper first studied the trailer’s secure loading area under different loads, the general formula to express the equivant loading area was obtained through theoretical analysis. Then calculated the equivant loading area of a typical trailer by using the formula, and drew a corresponding loading area picture under different loads.When the three column-hydraulic module assembled trailer is on a road with athwartships angel, by analyzing its roll stability, the general formula of the side tumbling stability and puncture stability was deduced, the relationship through the load,the height of loading centroid and the angle of the road is obtained, and similarly, calculated the roll stability of the typical trailer, and drew the corresponding curve in order to better guid the actual loading and transportation of the typical trialer.Choosing the frame of the typical three column-hydraulic module assembled trailer as the study object of optimization design, did the finite element analysis of the frame, in order to the whether the frame’s strength and stiffness meet the demand. In building the FEA model, the paper proposed a new chain of equilibrium bar structure, to better imitate the hydraulic suspension system’s function, it made up the shortcoming of tradtional modeling method, this suspension simulation scheme had never been seen nationwide before.After that, discussing the structure optimization design proposal, choosing the proper design method to carry out the structure optimization design, then did the manufacture dispose according to manufacture principle, to get structure design proposal of standard size and shape.and then, rebuild the light-weight frame’s FEA model according to the manufacture disposed proposal, did the FEA again to check the performance of the new frame. If the stress and stiffness don’t meet the requirements, amending the frame’s FEA model, calculate and analysis again, until the final outcome meet the design requirements. This paper’s research achievement helped the enterprise with practical problems, and also provided beneficial techniques reference and research method for the similar models in related research area. As a result, it helped to promote the domestic hydraulic modular assembled trailers’ independent research and development process, and also improves the enterprise independent research and development ability and the market competitiveness in the same industry. |
