The research in the paper was about the steering system of assembled trailer. For the changeable axes and rows, the turning degree has different requirement. So it's very important to the whole performance of the assembled trailer that designs a steering system to satisfy the turning requirement.In consider of the structure shape and joint requirement, the virtual prototype software, ADAMS, was used to build the two rows model of assembled trailer and then analyzed the different rows and axes setting. In the end of the analysis, the optimize data was got. Based on physical trailer prototype, the steering hydraulic system had been set up in ADAMS. By studying the hydraulic model, parameter of the hydraulic system had been got. At the end of this section, the paper was also made deep discussion on steering structure of hydraulic transmission.The fuzzy clustering method was used in the article to deal with the data which been got in the last section. After the analysis, the clustering data was got which meet the steering tolerance requirement. Two methods that can got the clustering center data was also discussion. Based on this analysis, it was made further combined of the cluster and got the tolerance after the step.The advanced computation and analysis methods was used on the steering system of the assembled trailer, the work solved the key problem in the design and manufacture process. It also did good to promote the correlative task.
